Sex has always been an important part of life throughout all centuries. No matter if as part of a relationship or between, more or less, strangers: Sex provides a good feeling, even more so if it’s good.

I personally absolutely enjoy having sex and could not imagine a life without it. I have and still do spend a great amount of time educating myself on different sexual practices and aim to broaden my sexual horizon on a constant basis. It is important to me to know about different options and possibilities and therefore being capable of satisfying all kinds of needs that my counterpart might have. Additionally, educating myself about sexual pleasure is also a way of getting to know me and my desires better and therefore being able to both satisfy myself and get satisfaction from my partners. Last but not least knowing a lot keeps my mind open to new variations of sexual desire and renders me the most adaptive and flexible in my response to them.

The reasons for having sex vary from person to person. Some of us have sex as a way to show love and affection. Others might have sex to bond with their partners or secure their relationship. And others again, like me, have sex because foremost they perceive it as fun and pleasurable and gain joy by having it.

No matter what purpose sex serves for you, I think having quality sex and getting joy out of it one of the most important things to achieve in life. It makes life so much more fun and gives you a sense of happiness only few other things can give you.

Having sex is good not only for our body but also equally for our brain. While it has the ability to boost your self-confidence and also not only helps you connect with your own body but provides a positive and pleasureful connection with it. Both things helping you to feel better about yourself, lose a great amount of self-doubt and find your way to self-love and this way become a stronger personality. At the same time having sex is also a good way of providing a good feeling to our partner and giving them our attention, which makes them feel better as well.

It has also been proven that having sex is one of the most effective ways or releasing stress. We all know that feeling of relief after having pleasurable intercourse when before our job, boss, or other parts of life had us being stressed out.

At the same time, sex is also healthy for your body and physical wellbeing. Research has shown that having more sex improves your immune system and can be viewed as a really good workout for your body. With this in mind, it’s not surprising that sex also improves your heart health and lowers the risk of heart diseases. Also, sex improves your memory and cognitive functions and finally is an awesome and approved way of getting rid of headaches or soothing migraines.
